I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.

As I am preparing a short documentary on AIDS in regard to the the international AIDS day on December 1st, I would like to know the statistics of people living with AIDS in Rwanda, Northern Province and Musanze District for the last three years.
