First and foremost, i want to thank you for the great Job you are doing as the oversight body promoting access to information in Rwanda, and also I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.

Article 2 of MINISTERIAL ORDER No 006/07.01/13
OF 19/12/2013 DETERMINING IN DETAILS THE INFORMATION TO BE DISCLOSED requires all public bodies and some private bodies to proactively disclose information within a period not exceeding six (6) months following the publication of this Order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda;

Article 3 of the same order provides for the kind of information to be disclosed including: The names, job category, addresses and other information of its public information officer and his/her immediate supervisor in its paragraph 12,

1) We would like to request for an updated list of all information officers in public and private bodies regulated by the access to information Law.

2) And we would also like to inquire about what the office of the ombudsman is doing to ensure proactive disclosure as per access to information Law and its accompanying ministerial orders, and the deadline set by your institution to have all concerned institutions comply with proactive disclosure requirement within the Law?
