Dear Ministry of Health,

I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.

Recently we have seen Rwanda Foods and Drugs Authority suspending and recalling paracemtamol 120mg/5ml (Toto-MoL) drugs from Kenya over poor quality in the medication. Can I have a copy of drug standards verification process? Were the drugs entering the Rwanda market without standard verification? How many drugs of the kind is expected to be circulating in Rwanda? And what are strategies in place to make sure they are not used.
