I would like to ask for the information related to the statistics
of youth who were living with long term effects of drug abuse in
2018 compared to 2017 and 2016 countrywide.

I submit this application as it is stipulated by the Law no 04/2013
of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information. The information I
am asking will help in the publication of a news story which is
being worked on at Topafricanews.com
