Dear National Intelligence and Security Services,

I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information. I here by humbly request your sincere consideration upon my request to join the NISS Rwanda Agency. I write this out of passion, love and eager to know more and be able to serve and fulfill my passion at the same time.
