Dear Rwanda Governance Board,

I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.

A report on Local NGO registration in Rwanda with the following details.

Highlighting the number of NGOs that have applied for registration after the enactment of the new NGO law ?
How many NGOs have received their registration certificates?
How many pending registrations?
How many NGOs you have denied registrations and on what ground and procedures taken to reach your conclusions?
Have you carried out any internal reviews and given feedback to the applicants?
How many cases have gone courts of Law where RGB had to defend its decisions?
What was the ruling of the courts?
What are the weakness in your NGO registration services and how do you intend to improve?

We have not yet received the information we requested previously, and Mr. Bwenge has not contacted us. Considering that you are the person appointed by RGB to be the information officer according to the list from the OMBUDSMAN. However it would be helpful if you sent us the contact detail of the new information officer if there has been changes so that we can get in touch directly, and have the email update on sobanukirwa.
