Regarding lost ID card replacement status
Dear National ID Agency,
I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.
I declared and made payment on 24/02/2022 for replacement of lost ID card, till now I've not received any SMS /email mentioning where new ID card has been sent.
Please kindly let me know whether the lost card has been already replaced and where it was sent .
