I would like to have a copy of the National report on the status of implementation of the access to information law and the accompanying ministerial order that was presented the UPR committee and due on 23rd of March 2015

Good afternoon. This is an access to information request from Mediarwanda.
It seems to be urgent as the stakeholders' report submission is due on
Monday (23rd March 2015-DEADLINE). Thank you.
