Dear National Intelligence and Security Services,

I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.
I would like to request to be a member of Rwanda National Intelligence and Security Services as it is my career. If you allows me to join NISS I will work hard to protect my country against crimes.
