Information on cocaine drug trafficking

Dear Rwanda Investigation Bureau,
I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information:

1. I would like to know if there has been any cases of cocaine trafficking in the country for the last three years or so, as your honourable institution can provide.
If so, please let me know the numbers of quantity, sellers and buyers arrested.

2. Who are involved in the trafficking of cocaine? (nationals, foreigners [any specific country], youths, middle-aged, old,) or any other general description of the suspects would be useful.

Dear Rwanda Investigation Bureau,
I've been waiting for your reply to the request I submitted to your honourable desk, asking for information on cocaine drug trafficking in the country.

According to the Access of Information Law and the Ministerial Order No. 007/07.01/13 of 27/12/2013 determining the time limit for the provision of information or explanation of not providing information, "the time limit shall not exceed three (3) working days".

"Where the information is sought by a journalist (such as my case) ... the information shall be provided within two (2) days ..."

I sent the request on November 23, 2019 and I was expecting to receive reply by November 27, 2019 and I'm still waiting up to now.
