Dear Ministry of Health,

I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.

I would like to have information about the weight of children in kilograms and the age in months. The data should be anonymous with no identifying characteristics. I would like to know only a district in Rwanda they live in. For example:

Gasabo district:
age weight
14 months 10.5 kg

and so on...

It would be good if the data is in excel format or csv. The ideal data set would be several thousand of children.
