Dear National ID Agency,

I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.

I have got the second ID Card with ID n° 1199680013799101 replacing the lost one with the ID n°1199680013799015, but the second ID I think is not yet into system so that I can not use it in requesting some services for instance, like IREMBO and some others. I need your help.
