I hope this email finds you well. I am a journalist and researcher from Kigali currently working on Access to Information study project.
I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.
The information the district has published on its website as determined by Article two of Ministerial Order No 006/07.01.13 of 19/12/2013.
Also I would like to know mechanisms if any you have put in place to help the public access such information through various media channels and internet.
