One Laptop Per Child report submitted to Public Accounts Committee in May 2016
Dear Office of the Auditor General,
I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.
Following a recent news article in the New Times (http://www.newtimes.co.rw/section/articl...) and a live TV debate on RTV (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvUhqhM9...), I would be interested to read the Auditor General's report submitted to the Public Accounts Committee in May 2016 which features information about Rwanda's One Laptop Per Child scheme.
However I have been unable to find this report on the Auditor General's website. Can you please provide me with a PDF copy of the report or submit a link to where I can find the report online to download a copy for myself?
Yours sincerely
Stephen Abbott Pugh
