Dear Ministry of Youth and ICT,

I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.

In March 2015, the cabinet of the Government of Rwanda met and approved Rwanda's National Cyber Security Policy as minuted in the following statement:

Next week, the Transform Africa summit is taking place in Kigali and there is a panel session focused on cyber-resilience:

And in early November, the 84th Interpol General Assembly is taking place in Kigali where one of the key areas of discussion is "the different facets of cybercrime":

In order to help inform the public and those attending these events about this threat and how the Government of Rwanda is tackling the challenge of cyber security, could you please provide me with a copy of the National Cyber Security Policy?
