ID card correction delayed

En attente d'une révision interne par National ID Agency a propos de leur gestion de la demande.

Dear National ID Agency,

I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information. I submitted my ID card at Nyamata Sector in 11 Oct 2019 for recorrection. My payment slip indicates that the recorrection period is one month only. I went there, but my ID card is not yet there until now. I therefore need to know where my ID is because life out there has been quite limited without it.

Yours faithfully,

Dear National ID Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts access to information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of National ID Agency's handling of my ATI request 'ID card correction delayed'.
I submitted it on 11 Oct 2019 at Nyamata sector, Bugesera for correction. It's been 2½ months being told it's not yet ready. I urgently want my Identity card back.

A full history of my ATI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

National ID Agency

Please address that issue to your Etat civil, she/he will assist you.

What assistance is else needed? What is not understandable there? My payment bill indicates that the ID correction takes a month only. I went there to the état civil, my ID is not yet there. I even gave a supporting document, the Irembo told me that my ID correction was approved. The problem lies within your institution above. I suggest you ameliorate your service delivery. How do you expect one to live 3 months without identification
