I would like to ask for the following information under Law no 04/2013 of 08/02/2013 relating to access to information.

MINISPOC had finalized the Theatre's Feasibility study which amounted to 4.5 to 5 Billion Francs. The project awaited investors according to MINISPOC officals.
Am requesting you to avail me
with some information which will be helpful for my story

a. RDB is handling the National Theater issues, how is this process?

b. Has the project received any investors, or have investors expressed interest?

c. If so, how far is this investment process?

d. If not, why hasn't this project yet attracted investors?

e. How does the 2015- 2016 National Budget address the National
Theater issue, if not why?
